  I love jimmy johns, its always been my favorite sandwich shop of all time!! Especially from my time when I worked there! But this jimmy johns had very poor customer service, they did not treat me like jimmy or john!! They were barely freaky fast! I had ordered a chicken bacon ranch toasted sandwich, with extra pickles, light oil and vinegar, and oregano and basil. My favorite Sammy of all time. When I got it and ate it, the bread was far too burnt or Jimmy's quality. It had way too much lettuce. I could tell the vegetables were put on incorrectly, giving me a uneven and unsatisfying bites. And the ranch on the chick bacon RANCH was totally missing. It seemed that the oil and vinegar wasnt put on lightly. The gyro I had has the same problem with the lettuce I love jimmy John's, and it is very rare I dislike a Sammy from there. But for this shop and this time, I did not receive the gourmet, quality, freaky fast, freaky fresh, sandwich that can be expected every location.

  Takes OVER an hour to make one sandwich. Hire more people! Makes sandwiches out of order in who comes in too. Not sure why they decided to make other sandwiches before mine.

  Place my order 45 mins later called store to see where my order was they like we will call a driver and get it picked up good thing it a cold sandwich for if it was hot food it would been cold do not recommend this place extremely slow delivery
