    Tried again. Wish to take order. Got my frosty wrong, corrected him, still got the wrong one. They have one of those coke Self serve machines. Last time it didn't even have ice, this time it did. However it only had 3 or 4 of all the flavors available. I thought the screen had issues, but no. They really did say out no matter which i pressed. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Not messy, just didn't look like it had been cleaned. Maybe it's because no one goes inside? Had to ask for them to get my soda, the guy was great and very nice. Had to ask for ketchup, ok, maybe spare more than 3 packets for a large fry. Or maybe he knew the fries weren't very hot, so only ate 1/3 of them. The nice guy did get me a refill when i asked. Nice enough people inside this time. Food was ok but obviously had been under a heat lamp quite awhile. Guys that came in after me took at least 10+ minutes to get both of their orders. I miss Wendy's and the food was ok, but $20 for a large combo and frosty? I could go to a sit down place for better food for less or the same.

    I enjoy Wendy’s food but have had numerous difficulties with the franchises at multiple locations. It was lunch time and not busy. Young woman at the counter took my order promptly and food was ready before I finished paying. So, not made to order as has been their motto. And no, the food was not hot/fresh.
