He was polite and personable and just overall a lovely person. He noticed my husband was in a cast and he personally kept coming over and checking on us and brought us more BBQ. There was a lady working as well and she was also lovely. I was just impressed by the professionalism. This Wendys is completely different than it used to be. Staff used to be rude and it used to be dirty in there. Everything was clean and running smoothly. We will definitely go back to this location

It was windy outside so our friend in the back seat opened up the window to clarify for our driver. The person behind the speaker saw this as yelling and immediately became offended it and got defensive, when there was no ill-intent or impatience behind her clarifying. Of course anyone would get defensive when accused of yelling, so the manager comes by and sends us off, saying he wouldn't serve us. Obviously its a misunderstanding on both sides, but the employee has terrible de-escalation skills and is way too volatile to be serving customers. If you would have heard us out this could have been avoided. No surprise this place is riddled with other poor reviews. Steer clear!
