I had a to go Uber Eats order and politely asked for hot sauce, she informed me, “ I’m pretty sure there’s hot sauce in the bag.” As I proceed to open the bag she comes over with a handful of hot sauce packets and says, “you know you could’ve got hot sauce over there.” 1 you just lied saying there was hot sauce in the bag. 2 your attitude about the situation needs fixing. You could’ve politely said I do apologize for the inconvenience we provide sauce for you over there and point to the area. This is my first time in this establishment as I live in Dickinson. Had you not been rude about the situation maybe I would’ve returned. This happened on 12/23/25 between 6:45pm and 7:00pm for managerial camera purposes.
