- TOTheSparkling OneDec 30, 20251.0The woman working today with the long ponytail is absolutely horrific to the customers. She has a terrible attitude with the customers and does not keep the place clean. Her personal hygiene was off too. She barked a question at me as I wasn’t requesting my order fast enough for her. I left the sandwich unfinished and went to find a manager to report her to as she refused to give me her name and was not wearing a name tag. When I found the Walmart manager he witnessed her behavior upon arrival. This woman is a terrible representation of Subway and does not keep the store or counter clean. I definitely called the report hotline and made a report immediately.
- DRDa ReaperSep 8, 20251.0The two guys on shift at 6:00 pm 9-8-25 are the worst I've ever ran into I placed two online orders and I place them so I can watch them make them in the store and the guy put ranch on my sub then tried to cover it with mayo and when I caught him he said oh you don’t want ranch? Everything I want on it is on the paper then he threw it away and instead of remaking my sandwich he proceeded to help 4 customers behind me and the other guy gets a attitude and ask me am I a door dasher if not I have to wait because it’s a online order absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced if I see these guys I will not be stopping at this subway again this experience received 0 stars from me
