- DWDonovan W4 days ago1.0Probably one of the worst drive-thru experiences I’ve had. The woman at the window barely spoke, slammed the window shut, and made the whole interaction feel uncomfortable. My cheeseburger had more ketchup than anything else and looked like it was thrown together without care. This isn’t the Krusty Krab where that kind of service or food quality would be acceptable. Very disappointed — I won’t be taking my business there again.

The mcgriddle had a HAMBURGER PATTY in it instead of sausage (I can’t make this stuff up) Needless to say they didn’t believe me… So overall their customer service is directly correlated to the food they serve - awful. Next time you want McDonalds choose any other location but this one.

Order was correct and she even added the mayo packs i called and asked for after forgetting to add them in the app on my order. Cone for my dog and the cookies were our favorite part. I used points to get the cone #Free ! $5 double with nuggets meal hit the spot work an unsweetened tea. Thank you for having curbside available at this time of night. It's almost 11.. service was great!
