  I ordered a sandwich online. When I went to pick it up it was not ready yet. I had small children in the car that I didn’t want to leave unattended. One of their employees personally walked my sandwich out to my car.

  I went to Jimmy John’s and I had never been there and the staff was so kind and helpful to me!!! I 100000/10 recommend just from my experience with the staff!
