  Dairy queen is a treat and suppose to make you feel good. The high prices, deteriorating environment and unsanitary conditions totally outweigh the friendly service from the new hire behind the till, and I will not return. Friendly and prompt service from a new hire on the till and trainer behind her. There was another employee in the back making orders. High priced; $6.80 for a medium cone with nuts and chocoate. Multiple flies buzzing around; landing on employees and counters. Yuck. It was humid and warm outside but even warmer and muggier inside the building. Looked around and found the interior dirty and deteriorated (cracked tile, dusty, some places rusty, paint peeling). My cone was made wrong by that employee in the back, so I asked them to make it again. Remade it with only half the normal amount of nuts and the dipped chocolate was dripping down the cone and onto his fingers, as he was holding the cone out for me to take. I said, "that looks like a mess." He handed it to me without a word and walked away. So I cleaned off the cone myself. I was really tempted to hand back the cone and ask for a refund. I didnt, but in hindsight I should have. So, save your money and buy ice cream the next time your at the grocery store.

  Ice cream was good, but the place is filthy and smells sour. The 3 workers were on their phones when there was a lot of cleaning that could be done.

  Went there for the the fist time the fries were kinda good the ice cream and the blazers food 5 stars service 3 stars atmosphere 2 stars

  The service is the fastest and friendliest... And understanding... My youngest is 6. And ambitious to help everyone and for instance he got his dipped cone before the rest of the family did and he saw more customers coming in, opportunity to be a gentleman and hold the door open for them! And in my head "boy, don't forget you're holding a stacked ice cream cone" and as he grabbed the door with one hand he swung the other holding the cone to help hold the heavy door and spat! went his cone- before he could even get upset, one of the employees yelled "don't worry! You get another one on us! Accidents happen'' of course I offered to pay and the lady said no I meant it. It's ok. Our family of 6 goes at least once a week for after supper treat. love the group of employees you have there never grumpy or rude when swamped always fast and friendly!
