  My one star review starts with walking in to see the prices of stuff. This is outrageous. I proceeded to get a blizzard with my son. He walked up and ordered a large blizzard with Reeses peanut butter cups and butterfinger. He was shocked when I said they can do that. I allowed him to as this was a treat and we never do this. We waited a short period and a gentleman said large blizzard with Reeses extra Reeses. I knew it was ours but they got it wrong. It was heaping with Reeses and ice cream was pouring out the top. I could have just taken it but we calmly stood in line and addressed the fact it was wrong and just simply wanted what he had ordered. The lady at the register and the gentleman who made the blizzard both gave us attitude because they made a mistake. We weren't asking for anything crazy, just what we had ordered. There was one other order they were working on so they weren't busy either. They give us attitude, swore in front of my kid, and when we got the blizzard this time it lacking ice cream and barely any candy in it. This is why we never go here. It's overpriced and people could care less to work. I look forward to this response from the owner. Hi, we're so sorry to hear about this experience. We appreciate your feedback.   Dairy queen is a treat and suppose to make you feel good. The high prices, deteriorating environment and unsanitary conditions totally outweigh the friendly service from the new hire behind the till, and I will not return. Friendly and prompt service from a new hire on the till and trainer behind her. There was another employee in the back making orders. High priced; $6.80 for a medium cone with nuts and chocoate. Multiple flies buzzing around; landing on employees and counters. Yuck. It was humid and warm outside but even warmer and muggier inside the building. Looked around and found the interior dirty and deteriorated (cracked tile, dusty, some places rusty, paint peeling). My cone was made wrong by that employee in the back, so I asked them to make it again. Remade it with only half the normal amount of nuts and the dipped chocolate was dripping down the cone and onto his fingers, as he was holding the cone out for me to take. I said, "that looks like a mess." He handed it to me without a word and walked away. So I cleaned off the cone myself. I was really tempted to hand back the cone and ask for a refund. I didnt, but in hindsight I should have. So, save your money and buy ice cream the next time your at the grocery store.
