I then waited for 20 minutes outside before I knocked on the window. When I did, the team member that helped me was rude. She was angry that I knocked, and seamed extremely annoyed at the situation. The then grabbed my items, and handed them to me. She then grabbed a straw and tossed it at me. I understand that mornings must be stressful, however I would’ve hoped to see a little more kindness.
