Last week, I did a mobile order and ended up waiting, along with about 20 other customers, for my order. And when I did finally receive my order, which was supposed to be hot, it was cold. There was a line of about 4 people standing at the register waiting to order and none of the staff stepped up to serve these people. There were about 15 other people also waiting for their orders. Today, I attempted another mobile order and what I received was what tasted like cold cigarette water. Seriously disappointed in this store, as its very convenient to visit and has up til now, been a good place for coffee.

Drinks and food are hot. Consistently well made. Employees and supervisor project a good attitude and the store is kept clean.
