Stopped for some ice cream with the grandkids. This location is pretty small, but does have indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is somewhat limited. The service was quick even though they were pretty busy.

Ordered 2 hamburgers only ketchup. Received 1 cheeseburger only ketchup and 1 cheeseburger deluxe. When asked if i could get the order fixed, they were going to charge me again for the burgers. Luckily the cashier did admit that she made the mistake, so she waived the charge. In the end I still ended up with 2 cheeseburgers only ketchup. I get confused about this cause this tends to happen alot at different burger places. Am I supposed to ask for a burger no cheese? Cause I thought that was called a hamburger. Genuinely asking.

Never seen anything so dirty. And whe i got my burger it looked slammed together. After i paid i actually realized it was a mistake.

They do not clean the blizzard machines AT ALL in between uses.. I ordered a blizzard and advised I had a Gluten allergy. I watched them make everyone’s on the same machine without cleaning at all. Not even a cup of hot water in between blizzards to decontaminate. Not even a slight rinse off before putting mine on.. they do not care at all. Not to mention the place smells awful.

My one star review starts with walking in to see the prices of stuff. This is outrageous. I proceeded to get a blizzard with my son. He walked up and ordered a large blizzard with Reeses peanut butter cups and butterfinger. He was shocked when I said they can do that. I allowed him to as this was a treat and we never do this. We waited a short period and a gentleman said large blizzard with Reeses extra Reeses. I knew it was ours but they got it wrong. It was heaping with Reeses and ice cream was pouring out the top. I could have just taken it but we calmly stood in line and addressed the fact it was wrong and just simply wanted what he had ordered. The lady at the register and the gentleman who made the blizzard both gave us attitude because they made a mistake. We weren't asking for anything crazy, just what we had ordered. There was one other order they were working on so they weren't busy either. They give us attitude, swore in front of my kid, and when we got the blizzard this time it lacking ice cream and barely any candy in it. This is why we never go here. It's overpriced and people could care less to work.
