  The food and service is very disappointing lately! I gave it another go tonight hoping it would be better but definitely was disappointed yet again! I really will stop getting food from there myself because i worked in restaurants most of my life and this is just not it. I just hope that things get better for other people as i wont be going back!

  I will never eat at Taco Bell ever again they literally just gave us lettuce and cheese only on our tacos there was no meat even on it waste of money! They need to take the whole Taco Bell and throw it away and put something else there!

  It has become a recurring issue that this Taco Bell consistently fails to ensure order accuracy. Given the straightforward nature of verifying items before handing them off, it is both surprising and frustrating that such a basic quality control step is repeatedly overlooked. Customers should reasonably expect that their orders are checked for completeness and correctness prior to departure, especially when the process requires minimal additional effort. This ongoing lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on operational standards and diminishes the overall customer experience.

  It's better to get your tacos from a taco truck then come here. At least their stuff is hot and the shells are not hard as a rock. A possum would even puke. I would not doordash from here or spend your hard earned money on here. The reopening was just a new building everything else sucks. Spend 30 dollars for something that is slopped together.

  New Taco Bell in Zebulon NC will make you pay 30$ for two meals and make you wait 30 mins while the inexperienced staff stands around
