  There were 5 burned onion rings in my order that we could not eat. The burgers and fries were cold. The dasher waited 30 minutes for the order. We will not order again.

  Be very careful what you say there to the workers as they will flip on the crazy including the management. One employee got pissed off at me ain't got the manager and then the manager refused to listen to a word as well blaming me for everything. Once I said screw this the employee wanted to fight me. Extremely rude customer service. I might like their food and still will go to other ones but this one I will never visit again.

  Every single time I order from this restaurant they always forget at least 1 thing. The last few times they've forgotten the cheese sauce for my pretzel. Who wants a pretzel with NO cheese sauce????? It takes them forever to make an order, overall the service is bad, and the food is even worse!
