  If I could put negative stars I would. I made a TOGO Delivery March 1rst to be delivered at 6:00 pm. 6:45 comes around and nothing so I call, they say they are really running behind but should be soon. That's fine. I wait. 8:30 I called to cancel the order because I was headed to bed. Lady says ok no problem. 8:30 the next morning I get a notification that someone is at my door trying to deliver groceries. I called Food Lion and asked why someone is delivering a day old delivery that was cancelld. "Oh sorry baby, no one canelled this". So its acceptable to try to deliver and OLD order from the day before without calling to confirm? I was not home and asked them to return the groceries and to refund my money. " Yes may take 5-10 business days" 12 days later No refund. Called the store " Oh you have to call customer service we don't have authorization to refund" whyyyyyyyyyy was I not told that???? Called Customer service on MArch 12th- was told I would get the refund. Called March 28th told I would get the refund. Called APRIL 8th, was told for some reason it was not being refunded and would get this refunded ASAP. Saw in my account it was pending... this morning its gone. Call this morning and NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON! My $261.oo Stolen from me. This is not right to treat such a loyal customer like this. STILL NO ANSWERS> CORPORATE WHERE ARE YOU!!!!!!!!!!???????

  Did a pick up order tonight which we have done 100 times. We asked for 1 pound of NY Srip. They gave us over 3. We asked for 1 pound of beef stew meat, they gave us 2.6. We asked for a pound of grapes. They gave us half a pound. We also sat in the to go spot for 20 mins. Does anyone there pay attention to numbers?
