- JCJenna CNov 17, 20252.0I placed an early order when my driver got there the items were unavailable. With drinks I had to go through 4 drinks for availability. Customer service was polite, but I go to restaurants including fast food for preference.

Unfortunately, another driver had come here and stole the order. Luckily, the inside staff were great, especially Brittany and Arely. They went above and beyond helping me contact the customer to confirm they didn't receive their order, and then, remade the order when they didn't have to so I could get the order to the customer. As a result, you have one happy customer and one happy driver. They were extremely nice and helpful in this situation when other restaurants could care less about a delivery or the driver. This is why I rate them 5 stars and would definitely come back for my own food needs. This is what customer service is all about. Thanks! You made my night.

Tonight we had an issue with the mobile order I placed and I called to see if they could fix it and she said yes. I came in she fixed everything perfectly and was so so friendly and accommodating

So kind to my girls right after a softball game and it was just awesome. The cashier/ front lady working that day was very kind and amazing vibes! My 2 year old didn’t even want to leave without blowing her kisses.

My daughters nuggets were cold like they had been sitting for hours and I ordered a bacon king which, they didn’t put a single piece of bacon on. Why charge me for bacon and don’t put any on? Lucky for them I live 15 minutes away and didn’t feel like fighting Halloween traffic again! I’d gladly return this trash.
