Over the past few months, any time that i have given them the benefit of doubt and ordered, they Can NOT get it together. It can be as simple as No tomato on a sandwhich due to an allergy or Bo sizing an order. Furthermore, Katya has such a Nasty attitude. Very argumentative towards fellow team members and customers. Customers should not feel like they are a burden when they simply order. When Mr charles is not there, it is absolute chaos. The way the team operates at night is the polar opposite of the Morning team. Every customer should have the same positive experience reguardless of who is on the shift. They are training their customers to come before 4pm.
