  Hello, I'm writing because it's always the same with the late-night group on weekends. Today I waited 45 minutes to get my food, which was cold and poorly prepared. I didn't want to write, but when I went to pick it up, I looked out the window and there were at least six people waiting. I thought they were understaffed! It's the same thing every week. If they had competition nearby, nobody would go, believe me.

  Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. Food was extremely cold, got home drove back up there for fresh fries and nuggets and they were soggy and cold undercooked. My fault for not checking. The McRib was cold and the bread was hard, no sauce on it. Total waste of my money. Will never visit this location again. I will only eat at the one in Creedmoor from now on. Horrible

  Yet another restaurant who has went to inside kiosk only ordering. I had a question to ask about menu availability. Yet. Imagine, there was no one up front to ask. I realize it is a me thing with these self ordering kiosks. However, I just left and went to the restaurant next door to spend my money. I will not be back.

  Asked for light mayo and got globs on both sides. It was spilling out over the edge. This has happened multiple times.

  I have had problems here in the past, but unfortunately this is the closest one to my house. However this last trip was the last straw. I didn't realize I got the wrong burger until I got home, since the inside was packed and all of my items were crammed into one bag with the fries sideways on top. I'm not sure how you managed to get the wrong burger into my bag when it had a special order tag on top & receipt on my bag clearly wasn't this. Also, since they don't provide you with an actual receipt when you order I can't even open a ticket online because it requires the store #, which I don't have. I can't find it online and the store search function in the app doesn't show any store anywhere in the country. I can't imagine that putting the correct food in the bag can be so difficult when it's literally listed on the outside. But apparently this location hires the absolute bottom of the barrel for employees. The burger I did receive was left out of another customer's bag & I know this because he came in from the drive thru & I overheard him describing what it was he was missing.
