We watched employees look at our car repeatedly, even go outside, and back in. I checked I pressed curbside and I did. Went inside and the employees claimed we need to go inside and tell them we were here. That's not how curbside works. Had to go back in as well since they forgot multiple parts of our order. Mind you it wasn't late(7:30PM) and while it is getting colder it's not an excuse to not provide a service you're still allowing guests to choose via the app. Food is what is expected. Service is way below standards. Management should be extremely disappointed.
