    Our food was cold and tasted absolutely nasty. My husband ordered a Reuben, the sauerkraut was cold, the cheese was not melted. My junior roast beef sandwich was cold and our mozzarella sticks almost had all the cheese cooked out of them and were nasty as they were overcooked. The drive thru person wasn't very friendly and seemed like she was bothered taking our order and then other co workers were yelling into phones while they took out the trash. Like it's fast food, it isn't that hard. I've been in that industry for years and this was unacceptable.
