When I asked for their names, the call was abruptly disconnected. I attempted to call back but received no response. I plan to make one final attempt to obtain this information during my break this afternoon. During my visit, the employees at this location were unprofessional and discourteous. Customers were not greeted upon entering the lobby. Instead, priority was given exclusively to the drive-through, causing lobby customers to wait for extended periods while one employee remained in the lobby on her break. Additionally, when I inquired about the estimated wait time for my two DoorDash orders, I was informed that drive-through orders take precedence and was told that if I wished to leave, I could do so. Overall, this experience reflects poor customer service and ineffective management at this location. I will also be leaving an additional review that includes full details and the names of the employees involved.
