    8/9/2025 - 1:30pm One young lady was doing all of the work while three other employees were in the back talking loudly and not helping at all. Customers were growing increasingly impatient and frustrated due to only two options of bread and lack of meat being available. A woman was in the back without a uniform, we don’t know if she was a worker on not but it sounded like a high school party in the back. Will not be returning to this Subway until it is running in a professional manner. The young lady who made our sub was very helpful and polite, that’s the only positive thing I can say.

    My wife and I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. From the moment we walked in, we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged. The young man behind the counter barely spoke loud enough to hear..he clearly needs some serious customer service training. They were out of provolone cheese and didn’t even attempt to check the back for more. We also asked for the new limited edition cups, which he forgot about until we reminded him. When we finally got them, there were no lids. He claimed the regular lids would fit, but they didn’t, and again, no effort was made to actually check for the correct ones. Meanwhile, the other employee was more focused on chatting with her friend in the drive-thru while making her sub than helping anyone else. This location is in serious need of better management and employees who actually care about their job. Very disappointing.
