I placed an order at 2 pm and didn't receive it until 3:10 pm. Obviously I understand why but that's exactly why the company should've had more people come in. To those of you who called out last minute to party for halloween...unbelievable. At least call out a week in advance! It's common courtesy. Overall, I'm proud of the woman who handled it all on her own!

When she finished, she was told it would be 2 hours (It turned into 2.5 hours) She tried to cancel the order because it would a 9pm delivery, too late for her to eat. The Fire Tower location could not be reached to cancel the order. I was stubbornly on hold for an hour before I got fed up and hung up. I will accept the pizza, but I will never use this location again. I understand being slammed and having slow delivery. I do not understand their refusal to answer their phones. This is legitimately the worst service I've ever had from a Papa John's. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.

Asked why staff person’s hair was not covered. After getting home and eating pizza, bit into a long black hair. Could it have been a coincidence or intentional. I have my opinion it is too coincidental. I have a picture but do not see an option to upload. How convenient.
