But now I think it’s kind of ridiculous you order one pizza and are given a time over an hour away. Pay over $5 for a delivery fee plus totally my option $5 for a tip and they are still making it well past the given time. Needless to say I’m finding a new pizza place, we will never order here again.

I placed an order at 2 pm and didn't receive it until 3:10 pm. Obviously I understand why but that's exactly why the company should've had more people come in. To those of you who called out last minute to party for halloween...unbelievable. At least call out a week in advance! It's common courtesy. Overall, I'm proud of the woman who handled it all on her own!

When she finished, she was told it would be 2 hours (It turned into 2.5 hours) She tried to cancel the order because it would a 9pm delivery, too late for her to eat. The Fire Tower location could not be reached to cancel the order. I was stubbornly on hold for an hour before I got fed up and hung up. I will accept the pizza, but I will never use this location again. I understand being slammed and having slow delivery. I do not understand their refusal to answer their phones. This is legitimately the worst service I've ever had from a Papa John's. Corporate should be embarrassed by this location.
