After 10 cars went around me—even though I had a mobile order—I finally got out of my car to go inside because I wasn’t sure anyone remembered I was still waiting. Good thing I did, because they had forgotten. The young man at the window was shocked my food hadn’t been brought out yet. If you’re going to be a shift “manager” at a fast-food restaurant, having a decent memory and paying attention to your customers is kind of important. 🤷🏼♀️

The volume was the least of any I have ever gotten before and nothing like the advertisement. Even with the whipped cream, it barely made it top of the plastic container, when they showed me the line they were to fill with frappe, even the whip cream started below that. They took them back and about ten minutes later brought us out something frappe, it had caramel across the top not the ground the chocolate. I know all the prices are getting high, but...it is no longer worth it for me. I think we're done with McDonalds. $10, for that, and the poor customer service? It is not worth it!
