She yells through the intercom, doesn't have a friendly tone at all even at the window. I've had this experience at least 6 times this year. Today when I heard her very distinctive voice on the intercom, I just drove off and went to McD's for a very sub par ice cream but at least I wasn't being screamed at through the intercom.

Instead of politely letting us know, the employee loudly yelled through the speaker to a coworker that they had to “find the ticket” because it wasn’t placed as a drive-thru order. When we got to the window, the girl with purple hair handed us the food without a single word and immediately shut the window. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pattern every time we visit—attitudes are anything but pleasant. Thanks, Dairy Queen, for another “memorable” family outing. Honestly, watching paint dry would have been a more enjoyable experience
