Since it was their final hour of being open, as a service industry worker, I felt bad and apologized and asked if my wife tipped them through her order. The girl told me “oh we don’t get tips off of online orders”… so I gave them a $10.00 Only to get home to tell my wife about it, and have her tell me she did tip them on the app. So something messed up is going on. Either she straight up lied to get more tip, or Chipotle keeps online tips and doesn’t distribute them to their employees. Idk, we won’t tip online again, and that’s if we order from this location anymore. Chipotle has sadly fell off these past couple of years. A place we would once visit once a week, this was our first order in over like 4 months.

I’m allergic to a few ingredients inside the order I received. There were a few customers inside, sitting down eating, but maybe 2-3 people waiting to place an order. It was not busy. However, the younger crowd who works at night may need to pay a little more attention to what they’re doing when placing items in the bags. Also, when paying ($1.00)for the new Chimi Sauce, instead of getting a corner of sauce, give the correct amount that’s suppose to be given. If it’s not enough made for that night, just refund the money. A new order on the following day would have been ok, but to have to go on the website and request a refund is nuts. Just wanted the food I had been craving for.

This team understood how to safely follow their allergen protocol and they gave me a discount to welcome me to town! Seriously wish I could give 6 stars - the staff here are exceptional. Thank you for being the easiest part of my move 💕
