  This is probably the worst Wendy's location in our area. We love Wendy's but this was the worst experience. My family and I came to enjoy a family meal together. Phyllis seemed bothered to take our points on the app. After that my chicken sandwich was old so we asked for it to be remade fresh (also a bother). When I got the fresh sandwich it was just a regular chicken sandwich not the asiago chicken sandwich that I paid for. We didn't even bother to have it remade again. Never coming back.

  If I could leave 0 stars i would. All the food was under cooked, the adhier had a nasty attitude. The entire staff feels like they are bothered just being here. They gave us the wrong sandwiches. My burger was raw and cold. The fries were cold. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. I will never come back to this wendys.

  The whole place is dirty. There are ants in the soda machine that dispense along with your drink. Added bonus. When the employee was notified she didn't even bother to put a out of service sign on it. Never going back.

  I received my food just as I asked and received great customer service from the manager and the cashier on duty.

  This place desperately needs a deep clean. You can clearly see that the kitchen is dirty and greasy. The health score is 95, but what I saw in the bathroom was appalling. There was nasty, dirty toilet paper in the corner of the floor, and the actual toilet paper that was supposed to be used was covered in poop stains. I was so scared to eat there that we had to leave. Come on, guys, at this point, it’s just a lack of care or complete disregard for common sense.
