- MSMelissa S5 days ago5.0Went through the drive through tonight for some drinks and fries - The young lady, Destiny, at the window was so sweet. She had such a positive spirit. Our quick interaction with her made our night. I pray this location treats her right, if I wasn’t from out of town I’d come back just because of her great customer service/positive energy.
- NWNadia Woods6 days ago1.0The manager/employee who works the AM shift that goes by the name “Lupa” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her sarcasm and bad attitude has no place in customer service and should not be interacting with customers and representing your brand. She was asked was there anyone working the register as me and several customers were waiting for service while she ignored the line and didn’t acknowledge those waiting while laughing and joking with coworkers. When asked was “Someone working or assisting customers?” She responded that if we didn’t like the wait we could go somewhere else. One employee even stated that she is always like that and rude. When your own employees even describe her unprofessionalism and rudeness that’s definitely not a good thing!

And also, when you put the burger as ‘plain and cheese,’ what they would do is put everything that you said they should not put on the burger, on the burger itself in general. And when you go back there to ask for a refund or for them to remake it, they would give you attitude and pretty much shout at you. Never order from this McDonald’s. It’s the worst one of all time. I’m telling you, stay clear away from this McDonald’s, and I will never be eating from this McDonald’s ever again.”
