  I came here for some.chicken nuggets. The service was ok it was to be expected from McDonald's. Would still come here if I was nearby.

  Did not have a great experience at this location. I could tell the majority of staff that was working was brand new in training the manager was definitely frustrated during the lunch hour rush. It took 18 minutes for me to get the big Mac combo I ordered. I hope when training is over the staff will hopefully improve..

  I have been trying to contact the store, but every time I call it says “user busy”. I asked for extra caramel in my large caramel frappe, did not get it but was charged for it. Also I’m not sure if they made my frappe as soon as the order was placed or if it was the delivery drivers fault, but it was also condensated by the time it got here. I also ordered large sweet tea, it is the most disgusting old tasting tea I’ve ever tasted. It tastes like they haven't thoroughly cleaned the tea urns or taken the nozzles off to soak them. Im unaware If my tea was gotten from drive through or the lobby. Usually the drive through tea is on point at this location and the lobby tea is disgusting. Either way I am unsatisfied with my drinks. The food was decent, but with the tea tasting so gross has me wondering how clean this store really is. I haven’t gotten food from this location in a while, but this is the first time I’ve been highly unsatisfied. I took a video of my frappe, but it will not allow me to load it

  This was an extremely bad experience. I ordered the Hot Honey McCrispy (limited edition) exactly as listed on the menu. I have ordered this same sandwich before at this location and it did include bacon. This time, it did not. I went back immediately to address the issue and was not helped properly. Right after that, while I was still there and had just received my order, I went through the drive-thru to ask for a refill for my drink. I was told I had to get out of my car and go inside again, even though they clearly knew I had just ordered and had already gone inside before. There was absolutely no willingness to help or find a simple solution. The attitude and customer service from the staff during this shift was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I’ve been to this location many times and staff from other shifts are usually very nice. This is the first time I’ve had such a terrible experience here. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable service.
