- SRsydney rineholdDec 24, 20251.0this location i have had consistent issues with,always in drive thru. they will constantly ask customers to pull around to side and half the time there is no one behind me. their excuse is bc they are trying to affect their drive thru times which seem to be always bad. today it took 20 minutes to get my food,… i was asked to pull forward with no one behind me and the 2 cars that showed up while i was waiting for my food got their food before me. i went in to find out what was taking so long and was told they were waiting on chicken (i ordered burgers) i said i didn’t get chicken…then she finally tells me that 2 orders were apparently made wrong and they were waiting on burgers to cook… they never explained their issues/reason for why my food was taking so long but rather left me sitting outside while others were getting their food.i asked for onions and there was no onions, and the lettuce was absolutely disgusting another time the buns were burnt on the burgers, which of course we didn’t know till we got home.

If I want cheese I will tell you. Not everyone likes or want cheese on hamburger. Plus it was very cold outside, and was just as cold inside. Didn't feel like the heat was even on. Also all the employees but one were outside when we got there. They were smoking and laughing as if they had nothing but time to kill. It will be a while before we go back to that one.
