    Food is fine but don’t come if you’re in a hurry…also kind of weird that there’s a homeless person in a tent with a shopping cart of stuff right in front of the door

    I really hate to leave such a poor review, but I have to say something because this is the second time I have had a bad experience at this location, though this visit was far worse. I am more than understanding when it comes to being short staffed or a system crash happens, but the way it was handled did not make it better. I understand Sunday can be a busy day for any workplace. I came in around 12:40 and ordered two smoothies. I could tell when I entered that it was a bit busy and that I might have to wait a little bit and it looked like there were only three staff members. Others were also waiting. I proceed to order. Fast forward, about 25 minutes pass and mind you, others have already went up, asking how much longer it might be on their smoothies, and the manager (I assume) out loud to those waiting, explains that the system had crashed earlier and that they were working as quickly as possible to get our orders completed. Okay. I understand that. At this time I am also watching the monitor that they look at to make the smoothies. After waiting almost 30 minutes I finally saw my order And I am pretty sure it was my order on the screen, by gauging who was here prior and came after me, and I see the manager “bump or serve” it off, thinking that she had already made it, though that was not the case. Around that time, another employee just entered to start their shift. She took over for the her, and the manager ended up going to the cash register and taking more orders. I stepped to the side of the bar and asked another employee if she could just check on my order to see how much longer it would be. Mind you, I’m typically not that person who will speak up and say anything - I just observe & I always give the benefit of the doubt because I know what it’s like to be short staffed and super busy. As soon as I asked this young lady about my order, the manager (I guess) must have overheard and said that I had came in after some folks and instructed the team to follow the orders on the screen - which was not true because I watched folks that ordered after me receive their smoothies before me, so she must’ve missed me in the mix. She then proceeded to remind everyone that the system crashed and they were working as fast as they could. I waited another 10 minutes..Finally, she noticed I was still waiting and decided to I guess look in the history on the monitor and ended up finding that my order was missed along with another persons who was waiting longer than I was! I know she was the one to serve it off because I saw her hit the button earlier. I get accidents happen, but of course, instead of apologizing, or perhaps trying to make it right, even if she didn’t own up to her mistake, she just asked the other ladies to make my order. I feel as if she could have had a little bit better customer service etiquette/or perhaps when people entered, let them know that there would be at least a 30 minute wait. By the time I left out of that store, it was around 1:30. This store majorly needs more help, no one wants to wait over 40 minutes for a smoothie, let alone being talked to indirectly being told my order is farther down.. I will never go back to this location. Very unfortunate! Writing this review in hopes of corporate or management seeing and getting these folks some help..

    I ordered a birthday drink and scheduled the pickup for a later date because the store was closed due to weather on my birthday. When I went to pick it up, the order had been canceled because I apparently needed to pick it up on the same day it was placed. As a result, I couldn’t use my birthday voucher again or get it reissued. I tried to discuss this with the employee at the store, but even after showing my email confirmation, they said there was nothing they could do and refused to make the drink, citing “inventory,” which didn’t seem like a legitimate issue.

    Amazing people, amazing smoothies and amazing food!!! I enjoyed my time eating here with my family, I highly reccomend this smoothie store!!!! Plus: really nutritional and healthy!!!!

    Added coconut to my bowl and I can’t eat coconut. So therefore I can’t eat what I ordered and PAID for.
