- MNMarie NallOct 30, 20251.0From the very start this was the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. As soon as we pulled up to the speaker in the drive thru we sat there for several minutes without being acknowledged until I repeatedly yelled hello into the speaker and finally an employee came over the speaker and said “are you talking to me?” When finally giving our order we told the employee we could not hear her and then the employee proceeded to YELL everything else through the speaker with an attitude. After pulling to the window we find out it was not the employee working the window that had the attitude and yelled through the speaker, but the rude employee was actually the manager. After we get our food and leave my boyfriend opens his chalupa to see that it is chicken and not beef so we go back to find the manger out back smoking a blunt with someone who was not an employee. We end up getting the chalupa fixed to beef but they still messed it up and did not put sour cream on it and while sitting outside checking our food the same manager comes out and tells these 2 people who had just walked up that they could not be there and was being rude and cussing at them when these 2 people had not done anything, they didn’t speak to any other customers or ask anyone for money, absolutely nothing. This manager has no business being a manager and I will not be coming back to this Taco Bell after the way they treated multiple customers today.
