Whether it be due to staff with the bad attitudes, that they most definitely have here at this store and them not wanting to actually "work" or the fact they just dont ever have anything to even complete a simple burrito or taco. After not being able to order what you actually want, nor any secondary choice either, you then have to deal with them leaving, just constantly leaving up to two plus items out of your bag, they will huff and puff because you have to walk back up to the drive thru in order to even let them know. Then, here we go with finding the receipt they never gave you, therefore you could actually try to get at least half of what youve already paid for.. Smh. Super sad ppl are the way they are.

The fries came like that from the drive through, next time just put the fries in the bag bro it’s not that hard, pretty sure the person that did the fries was named Carlos and the lady with the highlighter red hair was being very condescending. Do better 🤷♀️

I didn't wait super long for my food. Everything was pretty tasty, hot, fresh and good. The only complaint was that the quesadilla was cut super inconsistent and the cheese was not melted at all. So maybe just taking the time to actually make sure the food is of quality standard, and not rushing through the order would've been great.
