I got 2 cheesy Gordita crunches. 20 minutes into waiting for my food, I get called to the counter and am informed they’re out of nacho cheese shells. He asked if I wanted a cool ranch shell instead. I said no, just a regular hard taco shell. That didn’t mean I didn’t want my a cheesy Gordita crunches. They’re just regular, hard tacos with no soft shell around it. Already frustrating because that’s $8 I’m out. Not to mention, the 30 minutes it took to make two tacos, a burrito, and nachos. Everybody was having fun laughing and chatting it up in the kitchen, cussing and being extremely loud. If y’all have time to act a fool on the clock you got time to make my tacos the way I ordered them. I’m an extremely patient person but this experience has been stressful and annoying. Just drive down the road and find another Taco Bell, this one isn’t worth it.

I then said thank you for correcting them and he just shut the window in my face. The cheese in my quesadilla wasn't melted nor was it cut. I use to work for tacobell and know that this is not acceptable customer service or preparation of food. 0/10 would not recommend this location.
- AHAngelica HellaySep 27, 20251.0I’m so upset this has to be the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to It was extremely dirty I walked in and I like going to the counter to communicate with people ask questions and the lady was just on her phone she looks at me and turned around I stood there for 10 min no one helped me A gentle man came in and same happened to him he went to the Oder kiosk and I had too as well About 15 min I get my food and it’s extremely cold like it sat there and they forgot to give it to me A gentle man came in and he went up to the counter and sure enough she got off her phone and helped him idk if it was a race thing but she only helped him because they are the same it’s really jacked up There were dead bugs on the floor this place should get shut down it was nasty I just left I threw my food away never again will I come here
