  I do not post reviews unless they are needed or are of benefit to others. I wrote into Subway Corporate and did not get a reply except that they would forward it to the appropriate person. I am attaching a picture of a coupon that the staff failed to offer. This coupon was the reason my wife and daughter chose to visit as we enjoy Jersey Mikes subs more than subways. This would have been an opportunity for subway to impress them and they failed to do this. First, they refused to honor the coupon. If I was there, they would have kept the sandwiches and we went to have Jersey Mikes for dinner. The coupon stated buy one foot long and get a second foot long for free. Their lame excuse was stating because we chose a sub with turkey, the franchise would not honor the coupon. The coupon didn’t state any restrictions other than equal or lesser value. Next. They concealed the meat they were placing on the sandwiches. They had cardboard covering the area the meat was being removed from to apply to the sandwiches. This is not something I had ever heard of at a subway location. I would recommend Jersey Mikes to anyone. I would warn anyone against going to any location of Subway as they refuse to honor printed advertisements or coupons. This is false advertising. This in addition to concealing the meat they are placing on sandwiches gives me and everyone else reason to go somewhere other than a subway location. As I stated, I sent a message to subway corporate and received no reply other than that my message was being forwarded. I will update this review if they respond later. I waited two days before posting this thinking if they were concerned about their consumers thoughts or business, two days should have been ample time to respond with some form of resolution.

  I ordered 3 subs and a wrap and I asked all of them to be toasted and all of my subs were cold and I asked for extra cheese and marinara on a sub and didn’t get any of it on them and extra cheese on my other sub and barely any on that sub

  I normally eat here once a week. I've always had the owners there working and everything was great, never once a problem. But I ordered online, like I was told to do because it would be faster. Not only was my order wrong, but when I called the lady there said, what do you want me to do about it. I wont be back.
