- BBBenjaminDec 23, 20251.0We ordered a pizza $9.99 build your own New York Style online (Under the name Anthony) yesterday, 12/22/2025 using $2 of our pizza dough bucks. When we arrived to pick up our pizza, the Manager identified as Andrew was preparing a pizza. He came from the preparation area and gave us our pizza. We opened our pizza and the pizza was over cooked, burnt and didn't have the reound edges. We started, "This pizza is burnt!" The manager, Andrew, replied fasciioslly , "It looks good to me!" I countered, "if it looke good to you, you can eat it!" He stated rudely, "I'm not going to touch it!" We stated, "How are you going to tell me what to eat and how I as a paying customer should have my food? Intell you what you can keep this! And please make sure my pizza bucks are retuned. He voided out our order and our pizza dough bucks are not returned to our account. On the week of December 13, 2025, I was at the sane store and Andrew was cleaning the vents and he was extremely rude and unwelcoming.

They were able to hear my concerns and use their deescalating techniques to remain calm and solve the problem of me receiving the wrong pizza and their solution quite obviously was satisfactory.
