- RSRobin Sadler1 day ago1.0I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo add avocado at $1.39 extra, add red onion & extra mayo with their special sauce. I got a dry Turkey sandwich with no avocado, no red onion, no mayo but a whole of yucky lettuce and no tomato! This sandwich cost nearly $15.00 and was not fit to eat with nothing I paid extra for on it! Panera what's your problem??? I deserve at a minimum at refund! The other sandwich was a Toasted Italiano no special dressing at all on it! And when I tried to call your store, apparently you have your phone turned off, the call will not even go through! I would appreciate someone to contact me about this terrible experience.

They are open from 6:30 am till 9:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 7:30 till 8:00 pm on Sundays. They serve breakfast every day until 10:30 am which is the time I was there and ordered the bacon, cheese, egg and sausage asiago bagel sandwich which was served hot and freshly made.

I had to ask them to wait on me. Then I got my coffee and it was cold and they only had light roast all the other containers were empty. Clearly had not been remade all day.
