He made a mistake and entered the order as dine-in, even though I had proof that it was for takeout. Instead of fixing the mistake and packing the food, he just left it on the counter with the worst attitude! This is the first time I've received such bad treatment at one of their locations, and I've been a customer for over 15 years! I hope they can reprimand this person so he works with a better attitude! The problem isn't whether I submitted the order or if he made a mistake, but rather his bad attitude and the rudeness of leaving us talking to ourselves.
