We've had some pretty unpleasant experiences in the past here (a lot of unprofessional staff at this location, unfortunately) but this past visit was a welcome change of pace. Our server Jamie was incredibly kind, funny, and knowledgeable, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. She also recommended the sweet BBQ chicken wings as a starter and they were good as heck! Steaks were cooked beautifully and baked potatoes were good as always. We will be back sooner than before and hope to see Jamie again!

We have went to this Outback for years, but last night we had a very bad experience due to our waitress.
I don't even think she told us her name, but she had glasses and red hair. She was not accommodating and never offered to refill drinks unless we asked. She huffed when we requested things, but made sure to ask other tables if they needed anything.
She even spilled water, which is normally totally fine, but didnt even apologize or try to help clean it up. Whenever she brought things to our table she held it out while not even making eye contact as we spoke to her. We kept trying to being civil to her but when her attitude got worse, we were in shock.
Horrible service from a usually great establishment.
We have never had such bad service at this Outback.

I ordered curbside pick up, I ordered my steaks Medium/Rare, mashed potatoes, vegetables & house salad with ranch. I also requested utensils.
What I received: My steaks were Medium/Well, NO mashed potatoes, they replaced them with baked potatoes with NO butter, no cheese, no sour cream, no bacon bits, NOTHING for the baked potatoes, the broccoli was good & so was the salad, however we did NOT get our ranch for the salad or any dressing at all. We did not receive any utensils or bread or butter.
The worse part was, the entire bottom of the brown bag the food was in was soaking wet, did not realize it until I got home (it was dark at pick up) my seats now have steak juices all over them & I made it to my front door before the bottom gave out and all the food fell out! Thankfully the food didn’t fall out of the containers. Everything was edible but over half of it was not what or how I ordered it. For a steakhouse I would think they could get the steak cooked correctly.

Had an excellent experience at the Outback Steakhouse in Winston-Salem, NC. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was attentive and friendly. The food was exactly what you expect from Outback, steaks cooked perfectly, fresh sides, and everything came out hot and on time.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager, Jordan. You can really tell when a place is well-run, and Jordan sets the tone for the entire team. He checked in to make sure everything was great, handled things professionally, and genuinely seemed to care about the guest experience. That level of leadership makes a huge difference.
Overall, this location consistently delivers great service, great food, and a comfortable dining experience. Definitely one of the better Outback locations around, and we’ll absolutely be back.

A really great experience. Our waiter, Harrison, would be on the Forbes Top 10 List of All-Time Waiters, if such a category existed, because he was very attentive and helpful the whole way through the 3 course Aussie meal which, by the way, was fantastic. Steak was juicy and cooked well, the cheesecake was delightful, and the Bloomin Onion shows why Outback is such an iconic brand, and this restaurant in particular is a really great one to go to. Perhaps I feel a special connection to this location since I was conceived at the fertility clinic next door to it back in ‘01, but regardless of bias I would recommend this Outback and would definitely eat here again!
