  My wife and I had dinner at the Five Guys located on Robinhood Rd in Winston Salem. There was a "buy one burger, get one free" promo that was going on. You had to order from the app to get the promotion. So, we ordered from the app. We order a cheeseburger and a little cheeseburger, regular fries, and 2 regular drinks. Our meal cost $28.53 after the discount of $8.69. Without the discount this meal would have cost $37.22. They gave me our drink cups and then we waited for our food. Instead of calling our name and letting us know our food was read, they just put it on a shelf in the kitchen area. Eventually, I went back up front and asked about my food. Sure enough it was just sitting there... My burger was barely warm but my wife's was still hot. The fries which are usually awesome at Five Guys, were limp and mediocre at best. Normally, when we get a regular order of fries, it is more than we can eat. This time the portion was small and the bulk of them ended up in the trash can. The dining area was not clean. I know it has gotten more and more expensive to dine out, but for what we received, the quality of the food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant... By comparison, I can order a cheeseburger combo at a local restaurant for less than $10 without a coupon, they will take the order at my table, and bring the food to my table. If you ask a premium price you should provide premium food, premium service, and a clean /comfortable dining area.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service and Great Food!" I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys! Last night, it felt like good customer service is getting harder to find. This location truly stands out. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food was prepared quickly, but more importantly, it was made perfectly. We love coming here, but the staff made this visit special. People are often quick to complain when things go wrong, but we shouldn't forget to say 'thank you' when a team gets it right. Thank you to the whole crew for the great service and the delicious meal. We will definitely be back!
