  Went to have breakfast, did not ralize how many variations of a chocolate donut there was, the clerk was very personable and donut and coffee was good

  Worst customer service in my life. I ordered a tea and a donut. Was given my tea and told my donut was “coming right up”. I sat down and waited patiently because there were only 2 young ladies and they were busy. Another couple came in and ordered and one of the young ladies immediately began filling their order of donuts. Meanwhile I am still sitting waiting for a single donut. Once she was finished filling their order, I stood up and explained I had been sitting for a while (prob 15 minutes) for one donut and asked if I could quickly get my donut. To my surprise she snatched up a bag, threw the donut in there and said “you should have said something!” I said “I did say something” and also told her that she had no right to be upset with me after I had sat there waiting for them! Needless to say I will not be back here, and I will be contacting corporate as well. Although the wait seemed excessive, for her to snap at me for asking for my order was the final straw for me.

  Haven't been to dunkin' donuts and probably 15 years. We was in the area of this one so we decided to try it for a quick breakfast. I had a caramel latte and my wife had a mocha coffee. I'm not over the top coffee person ( wife says I'm a faux coffee drinker ) but I was pleasantly surprised and my wife being Cuban loves coffee , she said her coffee was great. We also had a sausage, egg and cheese croissant, because salt was very good and fresh, the sausage was a light tasting, not not over the top flavoring, I will definitely be getting this again. My wife had a bagel egg and cheese. She said the bagel was nice and fresh soft, the egg was perfectly cooked and the cheese was melty just the way you like it. Then you can't go to dunkin' donuts not get some donuts so we got the 10 pack munchkins variety flavoring, again, very soft and fresh. The place look clean, The staff was very nice, And the staff was very fast. So that's why 5 out of five stars. Side note, normally I like to take pictures of the food and post it But gosh darn it, it smelled so good and I was starving, 😂.

  They NEVER can get donut orders correctly. You pay for one thing, they don’t have it, and they’ll substitute it with stale/old donuts.
