I’m not sure if this store has gotten new employees or what but the past few times I’ve gone my order has been made wrong. I finally got the courage to say something a few days ago and the guy at the drive-through tried to school me on how the drink drinks are made. ??? I worked at Dunkin for three years so I know exactly how it works inside. I didn’t ask him to remake the order. All I did was just asking if he could put in a little bit more cream he took my drink and about a minute later it came back with the exact same drink in hand. today I thought I would just walk in and order on the kiosk and maybe it would be made different?? idk but the kiosk wasn’t working and I asked the worker if I could just order with them and they proceeded to say it would be a few minutes which would’ve been totally fine, except there was nobody else in the store and there was one person in the drive-through.

The quality has decreased dramatically... today the sandwiches were cold in the middle and the coffee was awful. Could hardly taste the coffee. Please take initiative to bring the quality of the food and service where it used to be...
