- DBDeeAnnah Brantley4 days ago1.0My husband and I came here for a date night, and we’ve visited this location multiple times in the past for the arcade with no issues. This time, we decided to eat dinner as well, and it was a huge disappointment. We arrived around 6:45 PM and were seated promptly, but then sat until about 7:25 PM without receiving any service. Our waitress eventually came over, took our drink order and appetizer, and then never returned with them. We never received our drinks or food at all. We watched as she handed receipts to other tables and saw surrounding tables being served food with no issue. When she finally came back around, she mentioned that “something happened with the system,” yet service continued normally for everyone else. She also didn’t bring our drinks when she came by our table. As someone who has worked as a waitress in the past, this level of service is completely unacceptable. After waiting over 40 minutes with no drinks, food, or follow-up, we got up and left. Very disappointing experience and not what we expected from a place we’ve enjoyed before.

- DSDavid SaltielJan 4, 20264.0Sunday football 1/4 order my wings sauce on the side, they came with the sauce on it after 20 minutes I finally have the attention of the bartender he was super busy only him working no help he call a manager the manager order a second one so I need to wait another 30 minutes for my food I ask the bartender and the manager to redeem a coupon that I have in my phone to add money to my game card so my kids can play in the meanwhile I’m waiting for my food he say we take care of for that later so my kid need to wait an hour so he can play very disappointed. The whole idea of eating wings and watching the game was all ruined the game is over and I’m still waiting for my wings what a day to ruin my day off 😡 update two managers came back and apologized and took care of everything I’ll come back !!!’

Some food obviously been sitting under warmers waiting on other food diminishing the quality of the overall food experience. Staff is unattentive. Never got refills on drinks. Never checked up on.
