  This location is restoring my faith in chipotle. The other locations in Winston felt like they should pay me to eat there. Keep it up!

  Came in on 2-14-26 @ 8:30ish. We are from out of town and it was myself, my son and his three friends. We had just came from a track meet. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Out of rice, out of forks, the guacamole was brown, the beans looked as if they haven’t been stirred in hours, meat was dry, the chips were stale, the place was a disaster, etc. My son went next door to get forks from Jersey Mikes. The employees acted bothered we even came in and it took them a good five minutes before one of them even came up see what we wanted. Didn’t notice the names of the guys, but we mainly dealt with the heavy guy with a beard. He huffed and deep sighed the whole time we were ordering. Was fussing out loud about random stuff and just slopping the food into the bowls. Wish I would have read the reviews before we stopped, but we just assumed a Chipotle should be reliable…our local one is always good. A bad sign that I should have noticed is that we were the only 5 people there on a Saturday night.

  The team at this location was very friendly and got our food quickly. The portions were, all we had to do was ask. My experience was much different than most of the 1-star reviews that I read. Thank you, Brad and team!!

  This chipotle is the worst store I ever walked into. Food was dry, no flavor. Their area was messy and crusty , it was slow and they had no food to serve. This needs new management or needs to be shut down.
