I ordered a to-go order for our family. When I picked up the order they failed to tell me they were out of chips & queso that I ordered. When I walked back in, they told me they were out. Ok, that’s fine. But they weren’t going to tell me? I paid for that. & of course they can’t refund. I have to call in to get a refund since I ordered online. Once we got home, we realized one of our bowls was literally just steak & rice with none of the extras that it should have had on it. Avoid this place at all costs!

I had to ask for fresh chicken because he tried to give me the last half spoon of dried up chicken. Appearance of the burrito bowls I bought didn't look as appetizing as at other Chipotle restaurants .While I was ordering one of my bowls the attendant started on another customer before I had time to order my second bowl. Which I was then informed I would have to go to the end of the line to place my next order. Despite the appearance of the food it still tasted ok. I will not be back.
