The employee preparing our food seemed very disengaged — no smile, no friendliness, and an overall dull attitude. It honestly felt like she did not want to be there. My mom even asked if she was having a bad day because the interaction was that uncomfortable. In addition, the restaurant was not clean. We had to wipe down our own table before sitting. The drink station area was messy, with trash and napkins scattered around. The food was good, but the lack of customer service and cleanliness made it a poor dining experience. I hope management addresses both customer engagement and upkeep moving forward.

The last time I tried I remember walking out because they skimped my bowl and I didn’t want to pay extra money for a regular bowl (not at this location by the way, the one in Salisbury) .. let me just say this, this location did NOT disappoint at all! That lady made my bowl with love and not just mine, every order she made was with love. I am very very satisfied and glad I decided to give Chipotle a try again, this location specifically
- Z4Zay_ 47Feb 10, 20261.0The employees the most rudest disrespectful attitude trying to rush me to order my food when im new to the restaurants & they skipped over my questions & wasnt trying to explain anything that I asked them , they're always in a rush even when its slow & they barely cooked my burrito on the grill, the manager was the only one helpful & respectful, the food was super dry i had yo re cook the burrito in the airfryer at home, for some reason they're attitude gives off they dont wanna be at work & dont want me there either
