- WHWilliam Hairston2 days ago1.0This has got to be one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here, they’re unprepared and out of basic items… and it’s not even because they’re busy. Tonight I stopped by and they told me they were out of rice. Out of rice… at Chipotle. That’s like going to Verizon and being told they’re out of cell phones. It makes no sense. What makes it worse is the staff doesn’t seem to care about the customer experience at all. Instead of trying to solve the problem or communicate with customers, they’re just standing around laughing and joking while people who paid good money are waiting for food that isn’t even available. Customers are already paying a premium for these bowls… so the least this location could do is be prepared and provide decent service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the Chipotle on University Parkway. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had at a Chipotle.

Sorry couldn't do it, lost my appetite. And only 1 person working the food line and had 1 person ordering for 4-5 others, all other employees were milling around and no one else helping. That time standing there watching flies lansing everywhere did me in. 2 stars because it did smell good in there, all I can give it.
