  THE ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION! If I could give a ZERO - that would be it. We waited in line and ordered as usual. Got to the cashier and paid as usual. Went home only to find out the young cashier did not put our 3rd order inside the take out bag. My husband when back to the store with the take out bag untouched, receipt in hand. Instead of apologizing, the staff treated my husband as if he had done something wrong and was lying about the missing item. So you think we would go all the way home and come back just to lie? For a chipotle bowl? Seriously? Like I got time for that sort of crap. Meanwhile, the staff acknowledged that they threw away the 3rd order and still continued to ask him “are you sure you didn’t get the 3rd order?” Then they went through the take out bag, threw out the two untouched orders and made new ones except my original order didn’t have cheese and the new ones they made all had cheese. So guess who didn’t have anything to eat for dinner? After all that craziness?! Save yourself the headache and nonsense and don’t go to this location.

  This was the dirtiest Chipotle EVER. The booths had dirt on every table. Also, it was not just the table tops it was the booths as well. The bathrooms were gross. There was stuff all over the walls and the toilets had dust on them.

  I recently dined in at this Chipotle location, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. They added very little chicken to my bowl, barely a handful of small pieces that barely covered the rice and beans. For the price, it’s unacceptable; the portions felt intentionally skimped on, and it’s not the generous servings Chipotle used to be known for. For dine-in, there were no spoons available at the counter or self-serve area. I had to ask multiple times, and even then it was a hassle. There were also no trays provided, forcing everyone to carry their bowls and drinks directly to the table, which felt cheap and inconvenient. The restaurant itself was very dirty. The floor has that raw/industrial design, but it was covered in grime, food debris, and spills that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The utensils area was particularly dirty. It made the whole place feel unhygienic and unappealing. Overall, between the tiny portions, lack of basic dine-in amenities, and the general dirtiness, I won’t be returning. Chipotle needs to step up on consistency, cleanliness, and value.
