  I want to state Cava is one of my favorite places to eat but, this one in Winston Salem on Stratford Rd was terrible. I went around 6pm on a Thursday. They were out of a lot of the sauces, the meat/protein looked like it was made days ago and most of the toppings were dry and crusty. The pitas were greasy and tasted like they were made days before. I was very disappointed in the food and the staff. They had 4 people working take out and two people on the in store line. They all acted like they had better places to be. The location is off my list of places to go in Winston.

  Tera is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and patient. She takes her time to answer questions, made great recommendations, and made sure everything is right. What really stood out was her positive attitude even during a rush. Tera is a huge asset to the CAVA & I’ll definitely be back. :)

  Tera provided excellent service at CAVA! She was friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was prepared just right. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out and made the experience even better. Great customer service like hers definitely keeps me coming back!

  I have been to Cava many times and loved it, but after this experience, I don't know if I will go back to this location. I had ordered a bowl for take out. When I got home, I realized that it was basically only sauces and grains.. maybe two leaves and one tiny piece of lamb. It was a sloppy mess. I am not sure if it was a new hire or maybe they were running out of ingredients. Disappointing.

  This spot is definitely a must if you enjoy food like chipotle or moe's, but you're looking for something just a bit healthier! They have a large variety of different salads, different hummuses, different dips and sauces. You go through the line hey, pick what you want to eat. They have salads, meat rice, sauces, extra vegetables. The sweet potatoes are amazing! The lead there, John, super helpful. He helped me pick what I wanted to eat as well as what I wanted to drink. The place is very clean. Definitely a little spot to stop by! Service was great, and we got our food very quickly as well.
