  Definitely great food and attentive service.The chef came and to our table and offered his recommendations for a menu items that we wanted.His recommendations was not only delicious 😋 but it was exactly what we desired.Our waitress was the best.I have been to other locations but the Carrabbas in Winston Salem gets the 5 star rating all around.

  My family were here for dinner. Our server did a great job with taking care of our table. It was a quiet atmosphere, no crazy loudness to prevent having conversations. That was great. There were a few disappointments with our food. I ordered the Chicken Bryan with a salad and sautéed broccoli. The salad was good, the chicken seemed like a small portion for the price and the broccoli was mixed with some good pieces and some mushy pieces. My son had the Chicken Carrabba. It was light on chicken and the sauce was bland. My husband loved everything that he ordered.

  I came here to pickup a to go order on a Sunday. It was really dead in there only maybe three tables and two people at the bar. The bartender addressed me quickly and two more people asked if I needed help afterwards so they where on top of it. I was a little early so I had to wait for my order to finish cooking but it was delicious and everything was in my order that was supposed to be. I felt like the menu didn't have very many options, BUT they DID have the typical American/Italian fare and I liked the mezzalina ravioli that I got although I probably would have liked it better ina different sauce but it was still very good and a good portion size. The mozeralla sticks where delicious and the marinara had chunks of actually tomato and spices in it which was a welcome change from the usual soupy marinara you get at most places. Also the bread was fresh and complimentary to my meal and it also included a salad which was fresh and packaged well. They also gave me a large Styrofoam cup with the orange juice for my kids meal so that was nice to get a large orange juice unexpectedly. Overall very good experience! Would Definitely come back.

  From the moment I walked into the door and saw the cold dead eyes of the redheaded host and then began to see the evilness of the bartender I knew I was in the right place. I was immediately blessed by a whimsical fairy that presented me with shiny rocks…come to think of it, may have been a crow. I was then surprised by the tall drink of water who served me better than any other service I’ve ever received! John was phenomenal with my family. This was my first experience at Carrrabba’s and I guarantee it will not be my last. Thank you for an amazing experience. Ps the host was actually really sweet and didn’t have dead eyes. The bartender does probably do bare knuckle boxing to bullies of all ages and sizes, but will occasionally foster stray animals.

  We are faithful Carrabba people! But rarely in Winston. I was visiting someone in the hospital and decided to take them supper. I ordered online and was given a 25 minute wait time. I arrived early and got on my phone to do some work when I realized it was way past the allotted time and I hadn’t received a text from them. So I called and they said they’d be right out and ask me which parking place I was in. I waited another 15 minutes which meant it had already been one hour since I ordered. I nicely ask the check on my order that was really delayed. The guy at the hostess stand hid in a booth and didn’t come back out. It took another 5-10 minutes before a young lady brought it out. No apology. No anything. Here’s your order. I ask her if she could tell me what took so long since it had been well over an hour before I filled a complaint. I told her I didn’t want to do anything if they were a good reason. She stuttered around and said they’d been swamped. I ask her to look around and show me where the customers were. They had maybe 6 tables full. She said take out orders. I reminded her I had been sitting in the parking lot right in front of the door for atleast 50 minutes and had seen maybe 6-8 come out during that time. I’m honest that had that apologized or even offered a free dessert or a coupon got Sam appetizer or dessert on our next visit, it would have went a long way. I spent $85 with even 2 desserts. You can beat if this is how they do business even in a big town they’ll be out of business before long! I hope Carrabbas teaches them better than this! We have been ones that have even ate atleast once a week for years but I’ll reconsider that in the future if this is corporate policy for the treatment of customers.
