Worst experience ever!!!! We tried to dine for my sister’s birthday and left because they just sat us down and our waitress not once came to our table. The restaurant was pretty much empty and we just sat there seeing how they attended everyone else. First and last time coming. I hope they’re at least more friendly to others.

Came here for my birthday dinner and left disappointed. It took about five minutes to be acknowledged, and our waitress called out to us from across the restaurant. Bread and our appetizer both came with no plates, and salads followed immediately after, so timing was off. Drink service struggled. My wife’s margarita took about 20 minutes, and the second one was entered incorrectly. Both of my Diet Coke refills also took about 20 minutes each. No fresh grated Parmesan was offered with the entrees. While some may say this is not on the waitress, good service means staying on top of the table and keeping guests updated. That did not happen. I also could not clearly identify a manager, and overall the floor did not seem positioned for success. Food was mediocre. For a $105 birthday dinner, we expected much better.

We waited more than 10 minutes to be greeted upon arrival which should have been a big enough red flag to leave however I've always loved this restaurant so we stayed. We were asked twice if we wanted more bread before it actually came out. We waited almost an hour for 2 entrees and a child's meal- only for the medium well steak to be well over done and the chicken parm to be marinated in enough garlic to kill Blade, Dracula and the entire Cullen family. Not exaggerating in the slightest when I say the man's eyes were watering and it took nearly as long as we waited for our food, for the taste of garlic from two bites of this dish to stop lingering. The manager was more concerned with her phone and the to go orders, which seems to be their priority, than she was with one of eight customers being displeased. If you're into chaotically ran kitchens, servers that are "about to crash out" and getting nap in while waiting for your meal- head here but only if you're not a vampire.

We took my cousin here for his birthday dinner. It was pretty slow so we were seated fairly quickly. Our waiter was very friendly and took our drink and appetizer menu properly. The place is very relaxing with ample seating and a big bar in the center as soon as you walk in. We all got sangrias, unfortunately, it did not have fruit in it the way we like it. The ambience is casual. The seating is OK with regular tables and chairs and some booths. The decor is mostly pictures of old Italian scenes. The parking lot is ample and is shared with two other businesses. It is off a main road but pushed back a little from the street so you can miss it if you’re not looking. The bread that they serve immediately is warm and comes with an dipping oil with perfect Italian seasonings. I suggest you eat it immediately while the bread is still warm. We got the zucchini fries, which were a bit over seasoned and soggy, we were not too happy with them. My wife got the shrimp scampi which came with slices of perfectly toasted and seasoned garlic bread. I got the fettuccine Weezy, which comes with shrimp, mushrooms, and garlic. It is a good size portion and I ended up taking half of it home. The fettuccine was cooked al dente with a smooth creamy white sauce, perfect combination of mushrooms and garlic with a generous amount of shrimp to bring the plate together. I would definitely order this again. As my side, I got a lentil and spicy sausage soup, which was very hearty and not overly spicy. The birthday boy got the salmon topped with calamari and shrimp. Also a decent portion of fish and he loved the topping and got a taste of it all in every bite. He opted for a Caesar salad as his side and was pleased with it. Since it was my cousin‘s birthday, they contacted a dessert however unlike other restaurants, nobody saying happy birthday to him overall a great experience, especially with our waiter who stayed on top of our drinks and constantly checked on us. Some of the plates are a little pricey, but as I stated earlier, the portions are generous. Will definitely be back.

Edit: Called the restaurant and the manager took really good care of me and agree with everything that happened tonight. This was my first and last time coming but manager gave me some hope! She was very nice. Thank you for the great customer service! Change service from 2 stars to 4 stars! My husband and I recently dined at Carrabba’s, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Service started off slow — it took a long time to receive even our drinks. We ordered calamari as an appetizer, and it was overcooked and very hard. We were brought bread and herbs but never received olive oil until we asked for it after waiting about 10 minutes. Nearly an hour passed before our entrées arrived. When my husband received his plate, he was told that one of the pieces of chicken would be coming out shortly. We’re not sure why it didn’t come out with the rest of the meal in the first place if the main entree IS chicken! After a while, the waitress came back and asked if we had received the missing piece. We told her no, not yet. She said she would go check on it — but by that point, my husband had already finished his entire meal. The second piece still never arrived. The billing situation was just as frustrating. Our total should have been around $65 with the appetizer coupon, but we ended up paying over $80. When we tried to get clarification, the explanation was confusing and went nowhere. It felt completely disorganized. I had asked a different waitress to cancel our dessert and to have the manager come to our table. Somehow, there was no communication between staff — we still received the dessert anyway. This only added to the confusion of the bill, which already did not seem to be rung up correctly. When I asked to speak to the manager, she eventually came over. At that point, we were so drained that we tried to just forget it and pay to leave. She looked confused as to why there was even an issue, which made it seem like there was little communication or oversight happening between her and her staff. Throughout the evening, we repeatedly had to ask for things that should have already been provided, and we watched other tables receive attention while we continued waiting. The food itself wasn’t terrible — the steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great — but the service and overall lack of coordination completely overshadowed the meal. This whole experience was frustrating and poorly managed from beginning to end.
