  we went yesterday and only like 4 tables and the girl that was setting people said it’s going be 30 to 40 minutes wait i ask why and she said manger said don’t set anyone else right now so we leave after driving 25 minutes to come there

  We stopped in at around 3 pm. We ordered wings, fries, and drinks. The fries were good… The wings were not as good as we’ve had before, We were a little disappointed that Thai chili was not among the sauces offered. The best thing about our visit was I the server. I believe she said her name was Lindsay with an S. She was bartending and it also seemed that she was taking care of the floor as well. She had a very friendly personality and did not seem to act overwhelmed with all the work it looked like she was doing. Maybe we will try something besides wings if we decide to visit again.

  Ordered online. But it was some of the most soggy and nastiest wings ive ever ate. I have no issue with the actual staff because I've never went in. But the food was a waste of money. Doubt il ever eat corporate franchise wings again. Should of known better in the 1st place.

  I rarely go out to eat with my family , I have a infant and a 2 young girls and me and my wife. We arrive , we ask specifically for a booth , immediately tells me there is no booths available . Well she was wrong . There was certainly one clean booth open . She then takes us to the only tables that have NO CUSHIONS, I was already having a bad experience. My wife said she was fine and was trying to not let that ruin our dinner . So we order . Appetizer was good . We order wings , my kids get a burger and tenddys , our wings where really cold coming to the table . We sent them back , by the time it comes back our sides where cold . My daughter didn't finish her burger because it immediately made her go to the bathroom , my wife said the burger looked good and ate the remaining . We get home and she had food poisoning also. My kids tenders and fries where over seasoned , I fell like I wasted 80 dollars on some BS . Not happy . Will probably never be back again. The place was clean and had good music . That's about it . 1 out of 5 stars. Save your money and just get you a zaxby plate .

  Subject: Extremely Disappointing Service - Never Had My Order Taken Review: I visited this Buffalo Wild Wings location on Tuesday 720pm and had an incredibly frustrating experience with a server, Bartender named Andrew. Despite being ready to order my wings, I was never given the opportunity to do so. Every time I tried to get assistance, Andrew told me he was "too busy" and simply never made the time to take my order. I was trying to use the app for the first time pointing to my phone he would not listen didnt have time . I understand that Tuesday can be hectic for him , but being completely ignored and told a server is too busy to perform their basic job is unacceptable. I ultimately had to leave without even getting to eat. I have been a customer of Buffalo Wild Wings for a long time, but this level of service—or lack thereof—is a huge disappointment. Not the first time his service was poor twice before I couldnt get a refill of tea while eating would ask several times , I hope management looks into staffing or training for this Bartender so other guests don't have their time wasted like mine was. On 3 Feb 2026 about 7:15pm creekside Way Winston-Salem NC . I end this review highly upset and may not return
