They forgot to make my wife's sandwich and then our sandwiches were not fresh. When you have Dairi-O and Chick-fil-A right around the corner who are attentive and provide great service it's hard to recommend this Bojangles.

I stood at the counter while 4 employees walked by me repeatedly and ignored me for 5 to 7 minutes without even acknowledging me. There was 1 other person in line and they finished ordering when I walked in. There was no greeting from any of them. No one said hello, no one asked why I was there, or if I needed help. Then after one of them finally decided to acknowledge me she acted like she hadn't walked by multiple times and ignored me. I'm not ordering from here again. What kind of training did you go through that you don't even greet customers.

Not one time have they gave me 5 strips of chicken? I mean, it's not cheap. The 1st order was fried burnt 5 nuggets. 2nd time only got 4 pieces of my 5 piece, and fries drenched in salt. Couldn't eat. This time, got 3 gristle chicken strips and a hard biscuit. Something is wrong here? Stealing?
