    Order 3 PC dinner and only receive 2. Happened before. Can you please bring ppl in that can count to the number 3. I'm not even mad at employees. I'm mad at how horrible the management is. Maybe its just non existent training from franchisee or corporate. For once I wish this bojangles could do things right.

    Employees could care less about customers. Never have anything ready. 3 Sundays in a row I have ordered on the app. Says ready. Get there and they haven't even started on it. Been waiting over 45 min

    Really bad, staff were inconsiderate,no food in dinning room ordered a12 pcs box, didn't even have the chicken to fill order correctly, we had to get a lot of thighs and legs so they could fill order, and to top it all off everything was cold. Terrible place don't bother to go there.
